The owners of this Jefferson Park residence enlisted Field and Form to completely redefine the exterior of their multi-building property. With an existing family home, two AirBnB guest dwellings, a new-construction home, and a swimming pool shared by all, the outdoor spaces needed to serve multiple functions and users. The new spaces now feature: custom steel screens to define spaces, native plantings, a grove of palo verde trees and 3 separate courtyard spaces that provide each dwelling with an outdoor space of their own.
